Our 2021 sustainability report is now published and we love to share our latest updates with you.

We at Espresso House care. For each other. For our guests. And for our planet. We don’t need to search far, we simply have to look at ourselves and our way of operating to make an impact. 2021 was another strange and unpredictable year in our trade. The global pandemic took another tight grip around us and within one year we both had to shut down and re-open a great part of our shops. For this reason, we have spent a lot of our time and effort in taking good care of our people; both those leaving our teams, joining them and those who have had to adapt quickly to changes in our everyday operations.
